Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for Coneview subscriptions. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Free trial
Where a plan offers a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically starts and the applicable fee is charged.
Cancelling your subscription
- •You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing support@coneview.app.
- •When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
Refunds
- •If you are a consumer in the UK/EU, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital services. By starting to use a paid feature during this period you may be asked to acknowledge that you lose this right once the service has been fully provided.
- •Outside of statutory rights, monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but we handle requests fairly and in good faith — particularly for accidental purchases, duplicate charges, or if the Service was materially unavailable.
- •To request a refund, email support@coneview.app with your account email and the charge date. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle.
Billing questions
Paddle handles payment processing, invoices and tax. If you have a question about a specific charge, you can also use the receipt email Paddle sends you, or contact us and we will help.
