Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Coneview, a service operated by Korel ("Korel", "we", "us") (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Coneview is

Coneview provides probabilistic market forecasts — modelled price ranges and calibrated odds — for stocks, indices, crypto, commodities and currencies, together with backtests and AI-generated commentary.

2. Not financial advice

Coneview is an information and educational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Forecasts are statistical estimates of possible outcomes, not predictions of certainty; probabilities can be wrong and past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the loss of your capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consider seeking advice from a qualified, regulated professional. Coneview is not a broker, dealer, or regulated financial adviser.

3. Your account

• •You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• •You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• •Keep your sign-in details secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• •Paid plans (Pro and Trader) are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled.
• •Prices are shown on our pricing page in GBP; local currency and taxes are handled at checkout by Paddle.
• •Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• •Any free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• •Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Scrape, resell or redistribute the Service or its data except as expressly permitted (e.g. an API plan you subscribe to).
• •Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• •Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its models, software, design and content, is owned by Korel and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business use in line with your plan.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that forecasts will be accurate, that market data will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the Service will be available at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coneview will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. Changes and contact
